Description: Heath High Voltage Power Supply SP-2717A Zenith This came from a local university. The one in the pictures isn't the one you're buying. Yours looks pretty much the same but the 4 screws on the sides have rusty heads. I get pictures of the actual unit soon, hopefully. It powers on, thee voltmeter switch works, the C - Volts and B + Volts indicator lights work when selected. The volt meter needle moves along with you turning the adjustment knob except, it has trouble or resistance getting through a couple of spots when you turn the knobs. It ends up in the same place as the 1st one, but the needle doesn't move as smoothly I guess is the best way to put it.. That is all the testing that has been done. You're buying for parts or not working. I think it was stored by the university for a while. If you're local to west Cincinnati, you can pick this up and save the shipping time and cost.
