This piece is by Mansfield, Ohio 20th century artist Helen A Kohout (1907-1985) and is nicely framed and ready to hang. It measures 16 x 12 inches and the overall framed dimensions are 21.25 x 17.25. This painting was donated to our nonprofit for resale from a local estate. It is in good vintage condition with some surface dust and scuffs consistent with age and use. The frame has overall scuffs and scratches. There is some yellowing/staining on the back of the canvas panel.
