You simply have to to send us a request and see if it is something we have in stock. You will get the shirt your way with two designs. One small design on front above pocket are and one large design on the back. If you would like the large design on the front, just send us a note at the time of the order and we will put the large design on the front and a small tag up high on the back just under the center of the collar.We can put the small design on the sleeve too.
