Covers well age worn, detached, index booklet detached, remains overall clean and attractive as a inherently fragile survival. Map has several fold line splits and separations plus several old amateur tape repairs done long ago. Still attractive and scarce enough to warrant listing/ acquisition. The scarce ephemeral paper item displays a pleasing and unique age patina and overall is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
