Description: Here's a Keilwerth ToneKing tenor saxophone, made in Germany in 1954. The lacquer shows honest wear but the body is solid with no signs of past trauma/repair. The pads were replaced at some point in the recent past and are in great shape. The 70-year-old plastic "angel wing" cracked (as they all do) so I had it replaced with an OEM factory Keilwerth keyguard, making this a very solid and professional horn. It's well set up and playing great top to bottom with that huge Keilwerth low end!
