Kenny Rogers & Sheena Easton: We've Got Tonight 1983 B-1492 Winchester Press NM

Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single from Kenny Rogers and Sheena Easton titled "We've Got Tonight b/w You Are So Beautiful", originally released in 1983 by Liberty Records. I bought this used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. The original inner sleeve is graded as Excellent because of small wrinkles along the opening and some foxing around the edges. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched the matrix numbers Z-12 /Z-4 #7, along with "Mastered by Capitol" and "Wally", followed by what appears to be a tipped over Martini glass (This "glass" actually represents a Winchester rifle). These etchings indicate that this single was mastered at Capitol Mastering of Hollywood, California, by Wally Traugott before early stampers were used to make this record at Capitol Record's pressing plant, located in Winchester, Virginia. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint, with surfaces that are shiny and bright, in a like-new condition, without any surface scratches, smudges or scuffs.
