Just insert your 1.7 mL eppendorf tube filled with magnetic beads suspension into a well of the separator, and wait for less than a minute. Tested before shipping. Great for many applications, for example, purification of a PCR product or selecting DNA strands of certain size from the DNA library. Do not heat! At about 80 degrees Celsius magnets will loose their properties!
