The art is hand signed by Mouly, and it is numbered from the edition of just 300 pieces. This piece is numbered 181/300! Marcel Mouly (1918 - 2008) was born in Paris. His career of painting was influenced greatly by Picasso, Matisse and Braque. His work has been collected all over the world, and exhibited in prestigious venues around the globe. His art has been included in the permanent collections of more than twenty museums. He was at his death, the last living protege of the great Picasso. The print and frame are in excellent condition! The art is professionally framed by Park West Gallery, and includes two off-white mats, a gold fillet, a gold wooden frame, and a protective cover over the art. The dimensions of the framed 2004 piece are 43" X 37." The print size is 28 1/4" X 22." Included with the art is a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Park West Gallery. Also included with the art is an appraisal from Park West Gallery. The appraised value of the art from the 5/3/2010 appraisal was $4,100. The shipping charge for this piece includes insurance.
