Molson Export Canadiens hockey cards were originally available to retired (surviving) Montreal Canadiens alumni for whatever promotional purposes they were involved in, as well as for signing for fans who wrote to them, card show conventions, etc. Players and photos span from the 1930's to 1980's (may have added 90's players now as well) and were given to surviving players as they were issued at random times, not as a set, over the years following 2009. The set has apparently grown to 114. These cards were not issued as an equal number set and as such cards of the more popular players ... the Richards, Lafleur, Cournoyer, Beliveau etc were issued in much larger numbers than players such as Deblois, Gingras, Houle, Wilson etc, the latter of which are subsequently harder to find. There is a list of these cards that I found on-line but it only goes to 89. Please check out the photos to see condition and check out my other listings for more old hockey stuff for sale. The photos each show multiple cards but you are only purchasing the one player that you clicked on in the drop-down menu.
