Was 3D designed and 3D printed by me and is made with black pla. Comes in 1 piece with no seam. Measures approximately: 11 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 111 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 4 1/41 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 This building by default comes in Black but can be made in: White, Black, Silver, Red, Green, or Gray. If you want it in a different color contact me BEFORE buying. This is a 3D printed building. If you look at it closely it will have layer lines. Iv done the majority of the cleanup but may need some additional cleanup. 3D printers are not a perfect technology there may be small defects. This is PLA Plastic, do not store in your attic or somewhere that gets over 140F. Be sure to check my selling page for more model railroad goodies! Most building have a reduced story count to be more trainboard and economically friendly. Because the story count (height) may be reduced, the width and depth may have some windows removed so building looks realistic and not overly wide/deep. Because of this some buildings in the same area might not be proper height to one another. I can remodel most buildings to meet your needs so if you wanted something shorter or taller or in a custom size so please contact me for more info.
