It captures and samples a small portion of the instrument's audio signal in real time to generate a seamless, warm, and responsive sustain loop. Unlike existing granular synthesizers and synth pad triggers, the PLUS Pedal is constantly performing high-resolution recordings of the instrument's audio signal, and once the function is enabled, the real-time sampling algorithm instantly generates a circular micro-loop from the latest audio signal. It is better to think of it as a smart looper that accurately captures only the last part of the selected note or chord and use it to generate sustained sounds. The resulting sustain layer will be virtually impossible to distinguish from the original instrument's tone.
