Description: Genuine World War 2 Hamilton Ship Chronometer model 21 Detent spring (No locking jewel or trip spring). The picture of a Hamilton 21 chronometer is shown in the second picture. THIS IS THE HARDEST PART TO FIND. This one is an original Hamilton detent as found in the early chronometers before the material was changed. THIS detent IS for THE BIG MASTER Chronometer not the lever escapement model 22!! We have been repairing these chronometers for over 30 years and you are getting a new inspected part. Note we sell the repair manual and can send via electronic transfer world wide.
