It could use a good cleaning. On the front of the drawers it says, Dorman products add a bin, patent number 2, 237, 176 Dorman products Inc. Cincinnati, OH. The patent date is 1941. Measures 11 1/2 inches wide 7 inches high and 5 inches deep.
