The items are marked by the maker on the underside of the base: Empire (see photos). The items have tarnish, and they could use a polishing (see photos). The candlesticks are vintage. The items are from an estate liquidation. Each candlestick measures about 4.25 inches high, and each is about 3.5 inches wide at the base.
