Description: This is an original charcoal drawing of a gold planner in California. The artist is Albert Londraville (1922-2015). He studied under the famous Russian American Master, Nicolai Fechin, and was a MGM scenic artist who painted movie backdrops. Albert also studied at the Lukits’ Academy of Fine Arts and often painted on site (plein air). This drawing is 21 1/2” x 13 1/2” and was purchased directly from the successor trustee for the Albert Londraville Trust. It is unsigned but includes the artist’s stamp on back.
