Description: Original 1855 Lancaster Rifle Bayonet British Empire German Made Blade. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Very hard item to find, these don’t come up for sale often. Very nice condition overall, has a nice patina on the blade with very clear Solingen steel production marks (knights head) and the inspectors stamp (22) as well as the British acceptance marking (broad arrow). These 99% of the time do not have their scabbards, simple due to the fact that they were made of leather and it’s simply rotted away due to being 160 years old.
