Description: Original Russian SKS carrying slings from the early 1950s. They can also be used with Russian carbines and rifles. Due to their dark blue canvas color, these are navy-type carrying slings. These early slings are difficult to find. Constructed of heavy canvas with black leather reinforcement at the tip, they feature aluminum buckles for adjustment. The slings measure approximately 1.4 inches wide and 51.1 inches long (4.5 cm and 130 cm, respectively). They are fully adjustable and all are in excellent cosmetic and working condition. These items come from warehouses and may have some storage wear, hence they are listed as 'used'. While they might not look stylish, they perform their function perfectly and are built to last. These are original Russian-manufactured slings, not recent products from China, India, or Bulgaria. All slings have ink stamps, and as shown in the pictures, the markings vary: some are very clear, while others are slightly smudged. Please refer to the pictures for more details.
