Description: Vintage WWII Era Blood ChitChinese Blood ChitMis-X Type 2 with Stamp An original vintage WWII era blood chit. I believe this is a Mis-X Type 2 blood chit with the red chop stamp at the lower left. The blood chit has the serial number "W 23082." This piece is still in a vintage frame - as framed by the original owner. SIZE: The frame measures 8 1/2" by 10 3/8" in size.CONDITION: The blood chit appears to be in very good condition (looking through the glass). No visible rips or holes, and only a couple small spots of staining. However, I haven't taken it out of the frame so I don't know how it was mounted within the frame. When peeling back the tattered paper at the top back, it looks like the top and bottom edges were stitched together taunt across the backing within the frame and then reinforced with clear tape (see photos).
