Description: Selling my awesome Pinarello Dogma 60.1 in original Team Sky colors. I’m the original owner, bought the frame and wheelset at the Pinarello factory in Treviso Italy in 2010. Built it up myself and have made various upgrades over the years.This is an amazing bike…fast on the flats, a climbing machine and descends like no other. When Team Sky began their 8-year run of pro cycling domination starting in 2011, this was the bike they were riding. It was Pinarello’s first use of designed asymmetric geometry, used to this day, which accounts for the difference in forces on the frame between the drive and non-drive side. Sounds like a gimmick until you ride it.Latin inscribed on top of downtube: “is qui est est, is qui non est consectatur”. Translation: “he who is, is, he who is not, seeks”. A bold statement by Pinarello that any other bike is just trying to be like this one. But based on how many races have been won on this bike, it would be hard to argue. Frame: Pinarello Dogma 60.1, Team Sky, size 54, serial #1AA5400390257.Note that Pinarello sizing is different from others and will ride larger. See geometry chart attached as a pic in the listing. This bike is sized and rides as would a 56 for all other brands. I normally ride a 56 and this bike fits me perfectly. For reference, I’m 5’11”.
