CUSTOMER SERVICE We would like you to know that we follow the below guidelines in all of our transactions. 1: Encourage our customers to review our feedback profile prior to purchasing. (This is a really good idea anyway.) 2: Answer all emails within 10 hours of receipt. We actually average 3 hours or so, but have to consider foreign email that often arrives in the middle of the night. 3: Ship really quickly. We normally ship your products the day after your payment arrives, once in a while on the same day if we receive payment early in the morning. Foreign orders may take an extra day as they have to be taken to a Post Office.
