Description: This is an IP phone. You should not expect to just plug it in and have it work. You will need to log into the phone and the phone system to register the phone. Not responsible for compatibility issues. Picture shows 1, but you get 5 used Polycom VVX501 color phones. There are some minor scratches, mostly in the silver part. Each comes with a handset, the stand, power adapter (not shown in picture but it is included) and a new handset cord. They have been reset to factory options. (admin password=456). Then we register it with a SIP phone system, test the phone and reset it back to default. This phone will work as a standard SIP phone or Skype Business. You go into network config to option it for Skype. It is defaulted to SIP as shipped. The phone is cleaned and tested, but does not come with a warranty. It is priced accordingly.
