Description: handmade 1972 for a flower girl dress, one ink pen mark on the front bottom-see last picture. there is a small stain on the bow-see second to last picture-this could easily be discarded by shortening the overly long bow in the back. Fabric has a texture and pattern was matched up well in the construction of the garment. Raw edges do show underneath where the bow is attached. Appears seamstress was pretty good except the zipper isnt as smooth as a professional. Measurements in the picture. Very small neck and arms
