Description: Sunnyvale, by Castleton China, Gravy Boat with attached Round Under-plate. This has been in my family since the 1950's and was well cared for. Combined with original ownership, a smoke free home and always hand washed, this is in pristine condition. It is heirloom quality dinnerware! This listing is only for the Gravy Boat This pattern can best be described as "gentle elegance". Each piece has a creamy ivory background with light green leaves and sprayed lavender & blue floral arrangements. A scalloped pearled edge trimmed in gold, surrounds the perimeter of the underplate. The multicolored floral motif can coordinate with any other plain china sets for a gorgeous mix & match table setting if so desired. Now discontinued, this pattern was produced for 15 years (1953 -1968 ) and remains a classic find. It was one of the most popular, bestselling patterns during its production phase and was even used at the White House during Eisenhower's and Johnson's administrations!
