One of them has a crack in the rubberized antenna but transmits o.k. One Owner's Manual is included (Cat. No. 19-1102) These are cool tiny HT's from the 90's that show very little wear and seem to work properly but haven't been fully tested. They all receive and transmit properly on 146.52 MHz.
