Description: Around 2010, without having any experience at all in archery other than reading on the topic, I purchased two bows online. Both bows were Ragim recurves, as they appeared to be the right choice for the price as beginner bows. I bought them with the intent to get my oldest son interested. He wasn't. Skip ahead to late 2021, when a place to shoot indoors opened up near me and I actually got the boxed bows out of my closet. The one for my son was too short for me (and too short for him now), and the guy at the range sold me another bow my size at the proper introductory weight for me. I did shoot my original bow one evening at the range, but found it now too heavy for me. So it once again went into the box... Until now. For sale is one Ragim Matrix Recurve take-down bow. It measures 70" when assembled, and is a 34# draw weight at a 28" draw. This bow has a very attractive laminate wood riser and black limbs. The riser came drilled and tapped for all accessories. The bow looks just like it did when I got it brand new, except that my range guy put on an adhesive plastic arrow rest for me. The original string is included, which the range guy nocked as well.
