The beading is intact and masterfully done. The fabric is yellow with white beading as well as prong-set rhinestones. There are significant holes at the top of the shoulders and the center back. There are also some issues with the lining. It appears that at the waistline the dress was taken up and altered. This gives you the option to let it down and alter the dress, or remove the hidden beads and sequins to remove the ones that are missing from the rest of the gown. It is not suggested to wear this gown as it is so old and delicate but it can be used for display or as design inspiration.
