If you are lucky enough to own a Menza horn, you will be familiar with his engraving style. Don is one of the absolute giants in the saxophone world, and it’s near impossible to find ANY of his great engraving work, anywhere!!! The SA80 neck is original. Most people don’t even know that Don used to occasionally do engraving and make mouthpieces too. This tenor is a real players horn! Plays great top to bottom with a warm and full sound with really nice power. It is not bright like a Yamaha….it has that body and soul of a Selmer!!! It has oversized Novak metal resonators with brown Roo pads. It needs nothing at all. This horn plays great, and it’s time that it goes to someone else to enjoy it. When you run your fingers down the keyboard, you can hear that pop that you want to hear. Shipping through USPS priority mail with insurance. You just pay the actual shipping cost.
