Description: Incredibly rare and hard to find Dixie cup ice cream public transit system trolley sign. Measures 16.5”x5.5” is affixed to a piece of foam board ready for framing. Great advertising piece for Dixie’s ice cream, Dixie lid, transit advertising & western movie collecting. with John king “the gentle man from Arizona”. These signs were made from cardboard or paper during war time to keep down cost on materials and ease of replacement. They are incredibly hard to find still intact as they were meant to be disposable. These signs were typically found inside trolley’s located at the top.
