Description: RARE VINTAGE TOMAC M.O.A.H. DOWNHILL MOUNTAIN BIKE FRAME 17" MEDIUM. 8.5 inches of rear travel. 21 inches across from the head tube to the middle of the seatpost clamp with a near new Rockshox Kage R - 9.5 x 3.0 inches with a 400 pound steel spring. Some scratches have been touched up with black paint. Probably made in 2006. ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS. The MOAH (Mother Of All Huckers) actually climbed very well for a 8"+ freeride bike that weighed in the low 30 lb range. It was easy to pull up over large rocks and manual apparatus (bridges, etc....) obstacles. The gravity opposing placement of the rear shock insured me Doug Bradbury had placed the heart of the MOAH's chassis in a true freeride setting. Its massive sub-link rocker system can take a beating, too. It's wicked strong and crafted very well. Most of the lightweight chassis that have a heap of travel in the rear also suffer a lot of torsional flex but Doug designed the MOAH to be a stiff, torsional flex-free design. You can definitely feel the difference, especially on high speed turns and when storming into tight turning singletrack. The chassis' main sub-link rocker system looks small in the catalogue but it's beefy in all the right places
