I have restored 850 vintage vises . This vise is absolutely amazing like new condition no wear better paint. Vise has New USA made Wilton jaws that have the blind pin I also replaced the dust cap. I took to metal used etching primer 3 coats of Metallic Jewel Green with lacquer clear coat. Silver highlights Vise is 14/L 6 H 3 1/2 in wide jaws weights 31 lbs Slide date 1976 THIS IS NOT A SHOW VISE THIS A GO VISE MADE TO WORK CLOSES TIGHT AND TRUE MAIN NUT SCREW NO WEAR NEW USA MADE Jaws excellent handle straight. Don’t buy junk that the seller found and knows nothing about. I know the vise I restored it to better than new condition better paint vise is excellent .Remember that you get what you pay for. Buy once, or gamble by from seller who charges 3 x the actual shipping costs and knows nothing about vises and uses Al to describe what there selling you.
