This package is brand new and will look great on that "city area" of your layout. This will look right at home on the older era and narrow-gauge layout scenes. It is made of plastic parts and comes with simulated brick walls and wooden store fronts and windows. The picture below is what a completed kit can look like after being painted. Figures are not included. These kits are designed to be used on left or right corners or in the middle of the block. Time Period Model: The Time Period Model description is designed to help modelers find correct equipment for a particular time period. This item will fit well into railroad scenes depicting the early to late 20th century Steam Era and Diesel Era from years 1900 to Present Day. Skill Level: Beginner This item needs to be assembled. It is a simple kit requiring only a few tools and a short amount of time to build. No painting is required, weathering is optional. A Word on Shipping Absolutely no international shipping, no items will be shipped outside of the USA. I do not make money on shipping, so there is never a charge for handling or packaging.I use USPS Priority Mail for a majority of my shipments because it is fast and you will usually have your item in 2-3 days. Because of the recent increase in postal rates, I will offer shipping for many of the smaller items by First Class Mail in order to cut down on shipping costs.
