FYI Seiko does not include Manual only instruction on how to download or to request one from SEIKO. We offer a 30 day return policy, with no restocking fee. We understand you may be buying it for a special occasion that is why we give 30 days for returns. For a full refund, all tags must be on the watch. The watch must be unworn, with the box and packaging with the warranty card returned. If the watch does not have the tags still on, there will be a 30 dollar charge for new tags. We reserve the right to not accept the watch if worn with visible scratches. We will not sell a new Seiko with scratches for a new price.
