From research on the Web, because of the stamp on the bell, "made in France " this tenor was probably contracted by Selmer to be made by Beaugnier in the late 30's or early 40'S. Serial number is 5670. It has been completely repadded and adjusted in our shop. It's a real good player, with a full, rich, and dark sound.
