Blackberry and Wild Strawberry are coming strong in this list!! Recommendations: Adding Citric Acid is VERY helpful in adding extra flavor to your syrups, gives your flavors the sour taste kids love. Sodium Benzoate is a preservative to help your syrups last longer. Note: For 100 grams of Sodium Benzoate and 130 grams of Citric Acid add $6.00 to the Total, please let me know before making payment so I can invoice it. Also, don't be afraid to combine concentrates and making your own flavors. Perfect Example: Bahama Mama = Pineapple, Orange, Cherry, and Coconut. Just add water and Sugar (or sugar substitute) This is the same concentrate used to make flavored Syrup used for Ice Shaving businesses, smoothies, ice sticks, mixed drinks, even desserts. I have many concession stands where I personally make and use my own syrups since 1994 selling Snow Cones. Syrups made from my concentrates are used locally for school bazaars, local fairs, and state carnivals, even my competitors buy from me Easy instructions 1) Mix 5 pounds of Sugar or substitute per gallon in boiling hot water until completely dissolved. 2) After water has cooled down, add 12 ml (a little bit less than 1/2 ounce) of concentrate and mix again. Remember: 12 ml or less than 1/2 oz, giving you 4 to 5 gallons total per each 2 oz. bottle. 3) Pour over shaved Ice and enjoy!!!! For a complete chart with instructions to make different size batches, Please let me know after purchasing!! If you purchased Sodium Benzoate and Citric Acid, your mixing instructions would differ slightly. You take a gallon of water and separate part of that water in two clear glasses. The rest of the water you will boil. While boiling, add the sugar or substitute. In the glasses, you will mix sodium benzoate (4-5 grams) in one glass and the citric acid (38 grams) in the other. Once the water is cooled, first add the glass with the sodium benzoate to the cooled water and mix well and then add the glass with the citric acid to the cooled water and mix again. (This proces avoids crystallization adding life-span to your syrup), Finally, add the concentrate. Look at my other listings to $ave, If you need more flavors, contact me beforehand to combine shipping and save you $$. Ask for other flavors that may not be listed, as I may carry many others.
