Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W80 7.2MP Digital Camera turns on menu was working then stop

Description: This was working fine then 10 minutes later...........It turns on the the lens extends out then goes back in then out again a couple times. Then the message "turn off and on again" appears. Possibly an easy fix I just don't know. No charger but the battery is included. WATCH VIDEO for better description.
