Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; very light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); discoloration spot near top-center on back. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white); bottom seam partially split. Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear; developing split near center. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; some wear to corners. Top-edge has text and is easy-to-read. Opening is crisp with signs of light use, tiny tear near top, and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
