All cards are removed from packs (unless specified in the Secondary Category), photos are taken immediately or scanned (at the highest 1200 dpi resolution so you can spot all those, if any, nasty little manufacturer defects that would keep Elon up for days and use the Bob's to fire the entire staff!), and then they instantly are put into a penny sleeve and toploader/card saver. The card is never removed until it gets to you... . No bent foil cards here, GUARANTEED! Wink* (Extra Gum Dingage right der!) Shipping with care and effort in penny sleeve, toploader (possibly card saver or cardshield if bundling or particular envelope/cost), teambag (well maybe on a top loader at least), paperfold or cardboard slabs (or armalope if in stock), and standard envelope or first class mail using outside tracking system with link provided to you. (Bubble Mailer if cards value is over $20). Phew... Did that cover everything? Catches Breath... Breaks out Magnifying Glass... Disclaimer: Buyers with enough positive feedback, say over a good five hundred positive scores I will be using ebay standard envelope on items under $5. Without enough time on ebay and buyer feedback I will be using another tracking system due to the high amount of fraud out there and not enough protection for the sellers. Even though the shipping method may say Ebay standard envelope, it does not mean it 100% will be used. Don't worry though, the tracking I believe is better, I eat the extra .30 cents it costs, and you feel better knowing the card is marked delivered when it shows up at your mailbox and not miles away at your closest distribution center (yes, our local post offices and carriers have no way to scan a ebay standard envelope, if you don't believe me go ask them and let that settle in your noggin for a minute). I will send you a link to keep an eye on this specific tracking. If you prefer I use this method instead of ebay standard just send me a message quickly before I ship out, usually the next day (never past two days unless ordering on a saturday afternoon of course, oh and Holidays, for the people who don't know they exist.... you would be shocked). Also note ebay is doing nothing wrong, it's just the best they have available to us at the moment and it is at the best price out there to keep card prices down on cards due to their amazing pricing. We are all stuck using an outdated system with our postal service on these inexpensive envelopes as they focus more time on quicker ground packages and are updating that system first. Those buyers that are abusing the system will be the reason why card prices will go up faster than Ohtani hitting a hundred homers in a year, not ebay nor the postal service. Until then, keep it cool folks, be patient, and know we're basically on an honor system here if you think about it. Mail rarely gets lost, there is no actual way to prove a seller drops off an envelope at a local post office and has to rely on it being driven somewhere else, by someone else, and put into a high speed conveyor belt in the hopes it doesn't shoot out that bi... cough cough.. heh hum.. but when it does and things get screwed up by the postal service I never have a problem refunding you.
