The farther you are, then Media Mail is cheaper. You choose which one you want when you go to pay. The cover is leather bound with edge and corner issues. Some leather edges have fallen off. The front cover's bonded leather has separated from the press board, as you can see in the last few photos. Includes 2174 pages.The edges of pages are that golden tone gilded edging with some scratches to the overall finish. Some pages near the beginning have bends and folds. Page 17/18 is torn and missing about one fourth of the page in the listing of illustrations. The last photo shows you the leather crumbles that fall off of it when you handle it.
