This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding - many areas folded-over); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/folded-over - edges rough in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss); scattered holes/inner tears and some are larger; perhaps pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
