Description: This listing is for the stamped envelope shown. It is a New Year 2000 stamp of a baby with top hat ringing in the New Year blowing his horn! It is from the Year 2000 Commemorative FDC set in which there were several envelopes like this. The last picture shows the package backing they came in for reference. Anyone around December 31st 1999 will remember how happy we were computers and everything were working on New Years Day! :) The envelope/stamp is mint condition and was ordered by me from the USPS and stored all these years. It was only removed from the packaging to take pictures.
