Description: Here we have a large very rare stunning teapot. The body and lid are both covered with bands of concentric molded beaded rows. After molding, the body and lid were evenly covered with an attractive green and brown spatter glaze at covered everything but the underside of the lid. The lid has a vent hole that goes through the button knob handle. The teapot is squat, measuring 11” wide from the spout to the handle by 7 ¼” in diameter at its widest and 4 1/2” in height to the top of the lid. There are shallow chips that have darkened and are not very noticeable on the underside of the spout, edge of the rim and inside of the foot rim. Overall it is in very good condition with no cracks any other damage or restoration to this beautiful teapot.
