Description: Vintage 1970s? or 1980s? Double and/or Bicycle? style Newspaper delivery bag for the "Tri-City Herald" serving primarily Richland/Pasco/Kennewick in SE Washington State. This one is made of an early rubberized fabric for strength. This one does show some faulting - one corner tear in one pocket and some tearing at both grommet holes where the straps are attached (see last 4 photos) - otherwise complete and relatively clean showing typical dirt smudging.
