Painter, collage and assemblage artist, Sullivan studied art between 1956 and 1968 as she moved around the United States: Indiana University in Bloomington, John Herron School of Art in Indianapolis, the University of California and Northern Illinois University. Her work is represented in public and private collections throughout the country including the New Mexico Museum of Art. A New Jersey native, Sheila settled in Santa Fe in 1970. Signed in the lower right. On the reverse it reads "Sheila Sullivan - 1978." From the collection of artist Patricia Tool. Set in what looks like the original metal frame. A ready-to-hang gem!Condition: Very good condition. Has not been examined out of frame.
