He is pre owned vintage & attic fresh, he comes as-is & as shown , condition is not perfect. Please see attached many detailed photos. I haven’t attempted to clean him at all so he definitely could use that. His karate chop action does work still. His boots could used to be pushed up more (just heat them in hot water to soften).
