Description: AR XA TURNTABLE: Vintage turntable in great working condition (will need new belt sooner or later) with original tone arm kit. This AR was only used in the 1970’s. It has no noticeable flaws, except for some random small scratches on the cover (no felt platter). There was a disc cleaner arm that did take some of the deck covering off (see last pic). The player’s dated look has been made more contemporary with dark silver metallic paint, black electrical tape and stiff IKEA grey felt liners, plus black lettering “AR” plaque. With the taped rim, the cover is now a tighter fit. All of these added changes could easily be removed and refinished as pleased. This will be packaged with extra (no wobbling) protection and care.
