Description: This very old fireplace screen (circa 1940s) is just exquisite! Featuring the extremely rare CHERUB on both sides of this vintage piece. This screen is perfectly functional with all working/moving parts including the side latches to hold the fans in an upright position. This piece is very solid with some good base weight. The finish is in its original condition with some natural oxidation. We opted not to clean this guy up, I believe it's just perfect the way it is! Another one of these screens recently sold here on Ebay #281278258106. Ours is a little larger and of course has that elusive CHERUBS. MEASUREMENTS 33" tall 46" wide when expanded.
