Description: Kids of the baby boomer generation (post-World War II) growing up in Los Angeles were most likely very familiar with Arden Farms. Back in those days, when Los Angeles Unified School District was the Los Angeles City School District, milk distributed to school children were usually from Arden Farms. Arden was the giant milk products company in Southern California. THIS MAY BE A RARE LITHOGRAPH- I CANNOT FIND ANOTHER ON THE INTERNET. WAS THIS ICE MILK BAR EVER PUT INTO PRODUCTION? WAS IT A SHORT-LIVED, PERHAPS UNPOPULAR TREAT? LET ME KNOW! This original lithograph was never mounted to cardboard. It has some wear and tear as shown. It came from an estate in Southern California. It has the same image on both sides. Each side measures 9.5” x 16” Contact me with any questions or comments.
