Has two ties on sides that are almost long enough to wrap all the way around the waist. It flairs out under the chest, almost like a peplum. it could pair well with a black satin skirt or pants for a dress up occasion or be made more casual with jeans and a blazer. Although it was freshly laundered and pressed, stray pet hair or my hair might be present. Also, it is now shoved into a bag awaiting your love and ready to give you new wrinkles.
