As you can tell by the photos I provided, the jar is only about 2 1/2 inches tall and 2 inches wide now it’s meant to hold ginger obviously from the title. But I would imagine you could put something else in it cause it sure is a pretty little jar. I think I priced it fairly, but if you don’t like that, then send me an offer. Now folks, the old storyteller is about to regale you with a story about this ginger jar. I was with Juan Sebastian, ElCano., In 1522, and ole Juan was attempting to sail around the Earth. Now, folks, I want you to listen to me. You see everybody thanks that old Ferdinand Magellan sailed around the Earth first. But that is not absolutely correct. Juan Sebastian Elcano was the first to do so and don’t you know I was right there with him. Why I remember when we stopped in China, course it wasn’t named China then. as a matter of fact, Marco Polo called it Cathay Well, it don’t really matter how it got its name because when me and Juan got there we just saw this beautiful pottery and silks and all kind of goodies. I just happened to pick up this particular ginger jar at a garage sale in Zhongguo. They were pretty reasonable with their prices, but Juan hadn’t paid me yet so I didn’t have much money to spend. Of course, they didn’t even know what money was. They was doing that bartering stuff and I didn’t have anything but the clothes on my back. Well, I quit eating Ginger here a while back so I’m offering this beautiful little ginger jar at a price you can’t refuse Now I want y’all to please look at the pictures I provided.
