The lockable latches have NO KEY, but work well. The suitcase is quite usable. I’ve seen claims of this style being from the 1930-40s, but can’t be sure. The latches are made by “Chief”. The name “WHITE” is stenciled by the handle. The exterior measures 19 ½” x 13” x 6 ¼” . The handle adds 1 ¼” Weight is 5lbs 5oz.
